‚Special Projects‘, design bureau from London, developed two kinds of unstickable envelopes (we are pretty sure, they were even paid for that): one case allows you to make phone calls only, and the other - to use a camera without a screen. The idea is to refrain from opening the envelopes for as long as possible.
The drawings are available at the link for free, but the joke is, that only if you are a Pixel 3a owner, so far.
Besides the Envelope, as part of a Digital Wellbeing program dedicated to caring for the balanced use of digital technology, Google launched two more apps: Activity Bubbles and Screen Stopwatch. Both are based on the principle of illustrating the time spent on a smartphone.
As for us, we can‘t wait for the invention that converts a vacuum cleaner to a broom and a fridge to a wardrobe. We‘d really love to get even with that sticky fridge addiction one day.
